At LabelShopper.com we make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with your order. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days in the condition in which it was received, including all original packaging and tags, for a full refund (shipping costs will not be refunded). Included in every order will be a pre-addressed return shipping label. For your own benefit we suggest that you choose a return shipping method that offers a tracking number on their packages. Please be certain to enclose your invoice and your credit card or PayPal information so that we may properly issue a credit to your account.

After your return has been received at our location, please allow up to 14 business days to process your return credit.

Exchanges

Our inventory at LabelShopper.com is constantly changing. This prevents us from making exchanges directly through our website. We are happy to offer in-store exchanges at any Peter Harris Clothes or Label Shopper store site, with product in original condition, all tags included, and receipt within 30 days. You can find a list of stores, along with a map, on our site.

If this is not possible, a new order can always be placed online.
